New STR Pilot Program from the El Paso STRA, the City of El Paso, and other community organizations
The El Paso STRA is thrilled to announce a new collaborative effort with the City of El Paso, The El Paso Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS to create a pilot short term rental program that will promote STR best practices and compliance, along with educational resources for short term rental hosts and owners.

A special thank you to City Council, the Mayor, and all city representatives for their unanimous vote of support for the pilot program. We’re excited to continue collaborating with such esteemed community organizations and look forward to being a resource for El Paso neighbors.
