The El Paso STRA is thrilled to announce a new collaborative effort with the City of El Paso, The El Paso Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS to create a pilot short term rental program that will promote STR best practices and compliance, along with educational resources for short term rental hosts and owners.
The program comprises three key dimensions—311 Focus, Good Neighbor Industry Action, and Identity and Outreach Stakeholder Group.
